products with free p+p is only available U.K mainland only.
envelope postal items are posted royalmail.

small and large parcels are posted by courier.

dispatched from us once ordered, time range from 1 - 7 working days

personalised products are shipped within 5 - 10 working days of order payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item return over £15, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
